Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to the Notion templates and guides, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete and the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a critical technical issue with the template that prevents you from using it as advertised, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, we will review your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
